VETERINARY SURGEONS

Little Lane Veterinary Clinic, Wigan - Veterinary Surgeon

At present we are looking for a part-time , qualified vet with a minimum of 1-2 years experience to fill a 9-12 month maternity vacancy, two days per week.  Little Lane is a busy, sole-charge clinic with a great team of 4 nurses in this well established site.

Rochdale Road Veterinary Clinic, Bury – Veterinary Surgeon

We are looking for a part-time, qualified vet with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience to work 1 full day and two half days (evenings) at out busy town centre practice in Bury.  There is a two nurse team who are dedicated to high standards of patient and client care.

Floating Veterinary Surgeon – Bolton/Wigan & Manchester

At present we are looking for two permanent, full-time, qualified vet with a minimum of 1-2 years experience to “float” in our 10 site group covering holidays, lieu days etc. These roles would give a great amount of “locum” experience by working in areas of our Tier 1 & 2 surgeries with all the various equipment we have (digital x-ray in two sites, ultrasound in 4 sites and endoscopy in 1 site), whilst having the security of being a Regan employee.

For all the above Veterinary Surgeon roles, the job offers:

  • A role within a well established, busy practice with a great support team
  • No OOH (Our excellent OOH service is provided by Petmedics)
  • 5 weeks paid holiday per year PLUS lieu time for working weekends (1:4).
  • 4.5 day working week
  • Funded CPD and paid VDS AND RCVS Fees

NURSING STAFF

Park Veterinary Clinic,Prestwich - Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are also looking for an experienced RVN to take a nurse role at our Holly House surgery.   We are looking for a highly motivated team member with at least 1-2 years experience to join our busy, well established Tier 2 Small Animal Practice.  The team at the clinic consists of 3 Vets, 3 RVN’s, 2 ANA’s and 1 Receptionist. The practice has excellent facilities including digital x-ray and ultrasound.  The candidate would have excellent communication skills who aims to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.

4 ’Floating’ Registered Veterinary Nurses

We also have a great opportunity for three newly qualified RVN’s to take nurse roles floating in our 10 sites, covering holidays etc.  We are looking for a highly motivated team members to join our group of practices.  This role would give a great amount of “locum” experience by working in all of our surgeries whilst having the security of being a Regan employee.  The candidate would have excellent communication skills who aims to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.

The Avenue Veterinary Clinic, New Moston - Receptionist

We are looking for two experienced Receptionist to run the busy reception area at our New Moston surgery.   We are looking for two highly motivated team members to join our busy, well established Tier 2 Small Animal Practice.  The team at the clinic consists of 2-3 Vets, 2 RVN’s, 2 ANA’s and 2 Receptionists. The candidate would have excellent communication skills, a good ability to multi-task in a busy environment and who aims to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.

For all the above nursing roles, the job offers:

OTHER ROLES

Veterinary Ambulance Operative

We are looking for a versatile candidate who is confident handling all domestic pets, wildlife experience also an advantage.  This is a diverse role that can at times be physically demanding.  The Ambulance may be called out for a number of reasons.  Ranging from transporting a sick patient, to attending a request from the local authorities to assist with a collection of an animal in distress or in need of short term accommodation.  Whilst not attending a call you will be based at the out of hours Veterinary Clinic in Worsley and will be responsible for carrying out tasks on site assisting the veterinary team.

Working hours will be a mix of day and evening work as part of team of 3 other ambulance operatives.  Minimum of 16hrs/week with the opportunity to increase this in the future.
