Sharon Kelly

Sharon Kelly RVN

Senior Head Nurse

Sharon started working for Regan Veterinary Group on the 26th February 1996 and then qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 2007. In 2015 Sharon became senior head nurse and she is enjoying her new role. Sharon has four pets: three cats, Isaac, Vada and Rex and Prim, a cross breed dog, who is the latest addition to the family. Sharon enjoys walking and spending time with her pets.


Kirsty Abson

Kirsty Abson RVN

Head Nurse, Rochdale Road

Kirsty has worked for the Regan Veterinary Group since 2004. She qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2008. Kirsty worked as a locum nurse for four years. This involved working at a variety of practices around the country and she got to see some very specialist surgeries. She enjoys weight clinics and working with owners to help them achieve a healthier pet.

Kirsty has three cats, Willow, Shrek and Claudia. Shrek and Claudia were abandoned when they were only a few days old and Kirsty hand reared them. They have grown up to be loving adult cats. Kirsty enjoys going for walks and discovering new places with her son in her spare time.


Sandy Anwyl RVN

Head Nurse and Clinical Coach, Little Lane

Sandy has been with Regan Veterinary Group since June 2009 and was part of the original team which set up the Little Lane surgery under the direction of previous owner Tony Regan. Sandy qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 1999. She specialises in clinical coaching and helping student nurses reach their full potential as qualified nurses. She has been head nurse for over 10 years. She enjoys nurse clinics and interacting with the clients, building strong bonds with them and their pets.

Sandy is a keen pet owner and has had many animals over the years  including a bearded dragon, ferrets, fish, five cats and three dogs, to mention a few.


Carla Byrom

Carla Byrom RVN

Head Nurse, The Avenue

Carla joined The Avenue Veterinary Clinic in 2007. She qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 2011 at Myerscough College and Lite Ltd. Carla has two dogs and a cat and in her spare time she enjoys meeting up with friends, Zumba and walking her dogs in the park.


Kylie Eaton RVN

Head Nurse

Kylie joined Regan Veterinary Group in 2004 after completing a National Diploma Level 3 in Animal Management from Hopwood Hall College. She qualified as an animal nursing assistant with distinction in 2006, and further qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2009 from Myerscough College. She has a particular interest in exotics, radiography and lab and has two dogs, Dyson and Oliver.


Collete Fenton

Colette Fenton RVN

Head Nurse and Clinical Coach, Bury Road

Colette started working for Regan Veterinary Group in 2001 as a trainee nurse and qualified in 2004 as a veterinary nurse. She enjoys being a clinical coach, helping the student nurses reach their full potential as qualified nurses. Colette is an avid cyclist and cycles to work every day. She has three Guinea Pigs, two short-haired and one long-haired, called Wisper, Dora and Nelly.


Pam Illingworth

Pamela Illingworth RVN

Head Nurse

Pamela joined Regan Veterinary Group in 2005 after a change in career, having previously worked in the navy and Lloyds TSB. She began her career at our Bolton branch as a receptionist and after a period of working with her colleagues at the Radcliffe branch, became a qualified animal nursing assistant at Pro-Co. Pamela joined the team at Park Vets as a trainee veterinary nurse in 2010 after enrolling on the diploma course at Lite College in Stockport. She qualified in October 2013. Pamela was then appointed head nurse in November 2013.


Samantha Orton

Samantha Orton RVN

Head Nurse, Water Street Clinic

Samantha graduated from Harper Adams University in 2010, and then went to work at the PDSA Gateshead and Newcastle for two years and then to Petmedics Hospital in Salford for one year. Samantha started working for Regan Veterinary Group in October 2013 and she has worked her way up to head nurse at the Radcliffe Surgery.

She has three cats, Imogen, Oliver and Leonardo; and two rats, Roxanne and Rosalee. Her hobbies and interests outside of work include photography, walking and food.


Claire Bradford

Claire Bradford RVN

Claire started working permanently for Regan Veterinary Group in January 2016, but she has worked for the company previously for many years. Claire qualified in 2013 and is the clinical coach at New Moston. She has two cats called Jasper and Bernard and, outside of work, enjoys walking and reading.


Fiona Dickinson RVN

Fiona qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 1991 in Blackburn and started working for Regan Veterinary Group in June 2000. She had previously worked for the RSPCA in both Manchester and Birmingham for nine years. She has two dogs, William and George, who accompany her to work, plus three cats, Harley, Humphrey and Hetty. Fiona’s hobbies include walking the dogs, reading, attending the theatre, eating out and socializing.


Francesca Gordon RVN

Fran started with Regan Veterinary Group in February 2017, Fran is newly qualified and has worked in the veterinary field for over nine years, which included a referral hospital and has experience in dealing with small animals. Fran has a specialist interest in, internal medicine, emergency and critical care and she is also a raw food adviser. Fran enjoys singing and cooking, when she’s not looking after her pets. She has two cats called Caramel and Amelie and one French bulldog called Orson.


Kim Harrison

Kim Harrison RVN

Kim started working for Regan Veterinary Group in June 2006. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2013. Kim is responsible for the Healthy Pet Club membership and advice at our Little Lane Surgery. She has excellent communication skills and is focused on offering a service which exceeds expectations. She enjoys nurse clinics and ensuring clients receive the best possible advice.


Natalie Owens

Natalie Owens RVN

Head Nurse

Natalie has worked for Regan Veterinary Group since 2014 and worked with us throughout her nurse training. She is a clinical coach and is passionate about training the next generation of nurses. She has a dog called Casie and a cat called Holly. Natalie enjoys spending time with her two young children.


Kirsty Williams FdSc RVN

Kirsty qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in July 2014. She completed her training at our Bury Road surgery and Myerscough College. She then obtained a full time position at the Rochdale Road surgery in Bury. Kirsty works part-time and lives in the surrounding area with her husband, son and dog, Minnie and she enjoys going for walks with her family.


Tarnya Ackroyd-Harris

Tarnya started working for Regan Veterinary Group in April 2016.


Amy Davies

Amy Davies SVN

Amy is a student veterinary nurse and is currently in her first year at Myerscough College on the two year day release course. She enjoys horse riding and socialising with friends and work mates. At work she enjoys all aspects of nursing and working towards completing her nursing progress Log.


Robyn Fawcett

Robyn Fawcett SVN

Robyn started working for Regan Veterinary Group in February 2015 as an animal nursing assistant and has now progressed to a student nurse position. She enjoys interacting with clients and their pets. She has several pets including two Jack Russells; two French Lop rabbits; a cat; and a chinchilla. In her spare time she enjoy going to the gym.

Lauren is due to graduate in 2016 and has worked for Regan Veterinary Group since May 2015.


Hannah Hall

Hannah started working for Regan Veterinary Group in 2014.


Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith SVN

Shannon started working for Regan Veterinary Group in October 2015.  She currently attends Myerscough Collage and is studying to become a qualified veterinary nurse. She is hoping to qualify in 2018. Shannon enjoys interacting with all animals. She has a dog called Bono and a cat called Casper.


Lindsey Wilkes SVN

Lindsey started working for Regan Veterinary Group in 2011.
