Ellen qualified from Bristol Veterinary School in 2003. She has a keen interest in ophthalmology and soft tissue surgery; She has achieved a PGCertSAOphthal and will be recognised as an RCVS  Advanced Practitioner in Ophthalmology. In 2014, she was appointed as the joint clinical director with shared responsibility for the 10 practices that make up the Regan Veterinary Group.

Ellen loves being a vet, in particular developing a good relationship with clients and their pets and working up complex cases to a successful outcome. Ellen has also undergone further training in laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery enabling her to offer this as an option to clients.

In Ellen’s spare time she loves getting out into the countryside to walk her dog, Betty, and spending time with her family and friends. As well as Betty, she has two cats, Dude and Bungle.
